Hillshire Brands Co (NYSE:HSH) rose 22.07 percent to $45.19 Tuesday on volume of 41.66million shares. The intra-day range of the stock was $44.62 to $45.52. Hillshire Brands Co (NYSE:HSH) has a market capitalization of $5.54billion.

Bank of America Corporation (NYSE:BAC) announced that it has resubmitted its proposed capital plans to the Federal Reserve. “The requested capital actions contained in the resubmission are less than the 2014 capital actions to which the Federal Reserve previously did not object,” the bank said in a regulatory filing on Tuesday. Bank of America Corp (NYSE:BAC)’s stock on May 27, 2014 reported a increase of 3.40% to the closing price of $15.22. Its fifty two weeks range is $12.13 -$18.03. The US auto safety regulator said Tuesday that probably more than 13 people died in accidents tied to faulty ignitions on cars made by General Motors Company (NYSE:GM). The company has said it knows of 13 fatalities in more than 30 accidents which arose from the ignitions, which could shut off a car’s electrical systems including airbag deployment while the car was operating.
