Go-SIM is a SIM card provider and it managed to strengthen its market position. As a matter of fact, the company purchased its rival Oneroam UK. But the price of the deal was not disclosed.
Actually, GO-SIM has offices in the US as well as UK. Moreover, the company operates in 175 regions and countries having more than 400 networks. It has purchased the assets of the company that is based in Hampshire. It turned out that Oneroam UK stopped trading from 1 March.
As a result, all UK customers of Oneroam were transferred to GO-SIM. Due to such a move, customers are able to get access to the Voice2Email service of the company which means that users are able to manage their emails from their handsets. The only thing that they have to do is to take advantage of voice commands as well as the MyGO-SIM with the help of which customers are able to control their SIM cards, send free texts as well as add credit online.
Moreover, GO-SIM is having talks with its another rival, a range of perspective investment finders, and also several network operators in order to fulfill its goals, i.e. aggressive growth.
According to David Agar, CEO of GO-SIM, the company was founded in 2005 and due to a strategy of acquisitions as well as organic growth, the sales objectives were underpinned. The company is always upon the look for suitable companies that can be purchased, as due to such action GO-SIM will be able to grow in a faster way. Moreover, it is expected that the company is going to announce its second acquisition very soon.
